I liked everything! The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly, kind, helpful and always attentive to any needs I could have. The food was very good, with many vegetarian options and with good room service.

If you are going on a safari it is a great location. It is located in Arusha which is great for a safari. If you are going to Kilimanjaro, it is a bit far.

The breakfast was very good. The staff wonderful. Responsive and nice. I checked in at 03:35 am, and checked out at 03pm at no charge. The garden magnificent, exotic trees and vegetation.

Great breakfeast wizh tropical fruits and vegetables. Beautifill botanical park in front of building with asortiment of palms and even eith some monkeys.

Great value for money. We stayed the night before and after our safari. Spacious rooms, breakfast is included, a restaurant where you can have lunch/dinner and very helpful staff. Had a great stay.

They gave me a complimentary presidential suite. The restaurant food was awesome and the morning breakfast was awesome. Irene was a lovely receptionist.

The staff were very polite and efficient Marcia, Irene and Grace were always quick to respond, the rooms were very neat and clean. They always arranged transportation and tours whenever we wanted to go.

the accommodation has a beautiful garden and big parking place. The bath was enough warm. The breakfast is African style. The staff is very helpfuly.

Excellent place for first night in Africa after long flight. 40$ for night was good price for bed, shower and breakfast for two. Not far from airport and good place to start safari.

I arrived around 1 am and the staff greeted me very warmly and made sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was good, you got to choose from different local dishes aswell, which I really enjoyed. They also helped me arrange airport drop off for a very reasonable price. even though the facilities are a little bit run down, everything in the hotell was perfectly clean + they have a beautiful garden!

The breakfast was satisfactory, I didn't have high expectations and so the offerings while not being exceptional did meet the low bar i had set. There was wifi throughout the hotel which worked well.

Nice cosy hotel. Friendly staff. Healthy breakfast. Great water pressure in room 207 and an awesome view of Mt. Meru. The room is also air-conditioned.
